Japanese sneaker brand Asics has just opened its first shop-in-shop in Italy, in Sportland, inside the Le Due Torri shopping mall in Stezzano near Bergamo in Northern Italy.

The new corner is strongly focused on running, and soon will also host a special 3D-foot-scanning system through which every runner will be advised as to the model that best fits their needs according to running ability and foot-shape.

“We strongly believe in this kind of project,” commented Luca Bacherotti, CEO, Asics Italia. “We started our expansion projects in Italy with an important partner in Sportland because our aim is to focus on the important high-performance segment: running.”
