Agenda, the premier US trade show for streetwear, action sports and related fashion, sneakers and hardgoods will begin its two-day run at 9am this morning at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California.

Featuring more than 700 brands, the show will feature several labels making their trade-show debuts, including the relaunched iconic 1990s streetwear line Cross Colours by founder Carl Jones and Mint, an LA-based women’s beach line featuring supersoft fabrics that is less than a year old.

Returning exhibitors include established names such as RVCA, 10 Deep, Adidas, Burton, Dakine and surf brand Lightening Bolt, which will show its fall/winter 2014 collection, which is based on natural elements and the world of climbing and has many functional elements.

Special sections of the show included the Berrics Agenda curated skate section and a bigger Women’s area.

The show will be open from 9am to 6pm today and tomorrow.

Of course, the gathering won’t be about exhibiting only–numerous special events will also take place. The 16th annual Transworld Skateboarding Awards will take place tonight at the Terrace Theater. Doors open at 7pm and the awards will begin at 8:45pm. A party sponsored by DGK and Agenda featuring Migos will also be held tonight at the Sevilla Nightclub at 9pm. In addition, the Agenda Emerge conference will occur tomorrow night from 6:30 to 10 and will spotlight guest speakers Keith Hufnagel, the founder of Huf, Karmaloop CEO and founder Greg Selkoe and Zumiez founder Tom Campion. This ticket-only event will also include one-on-one conversations with the musician Nas and skateboarder P.Rod.
