Swedish fashion label Acne has opened its first English studio in London’s Dover Street in Mayfair. With four floors and a size of 250 sqm, the studio is the largest of all Acne studios worldwide. The store houses all of Acne’s concepts from furniture to denim, menswear and womenswear and has a gallery, roof terrace and garden to it. Also, canvasses by renowned artist Jeremiah Goodman are hung on the walls of the Dover Street Studio. “Ever since we formed Acne we always talked about a house with different levels of creativity to house all of our artistic endeavours,” Acne’s Creative Director Jonny Johansson said. “To be able to recreate that in Mayfair is one of my absolute dreams.”

In 2003, the first Acne Studio was opened in central Stockholm. With the newly opened studio in London, Acne has 19 stores worldwide, for example in cities like New York, Sydney and Stockholm. This year also two shop-in-shops were established at Harrods in London and Galeries Lafayette in Paris.
