Launching in spring 2013, de Chemin jeans is a new US premium denim brand built on the history of classic ‘70s Chemin de Fer. The line is the brainchild of Jason Gaon, son of Chemin de Fer founder David Gaon, who wants to offer hand crafted denim. The label offers an array of styles that are constructed employing more than twelve pattern pieces of engineered stretch fabrication. The waistband is sculpted to frame the shape, and the detailing on the hips should lengthen the legs. Additional retro styling details of brass buttons are a nod to the 1970s legacy. De Chemin jeans are designed and produced in Los Angeles, California using the quality cone denim sourced from North Carolina. The line is carried in specialty stores in the US, retail prizes ranges from 165 up to 215$.
