Wolverine Worldwide has included Roxane Divol (42) to the company’s board of directors. Holder of a master of business administration and another one in engineering, Divol is the senior vice president of alliances at Symantec Corporation; an international software company specialized in security, storage and availability solutions. “We are confident she will be a key asset as Wolverine looks to further strengthen its connections with consumers in today's ever-evolving marketplace," stated Wolverine Worldwide’s chairman and CEO Blake W. Krueger.

In addition to her new role, Roxane Divol is also part of the Board for the Global Fund for Women, as well as the Board for Lycée Français de San Francisco. In 2013, she was awarded by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the “Most influential Women in Business”.

This announcement takes places roughly one month after the company named two new brand presidents.
