Palazzo Versace Dubai has been unveiled at its European launch in London with a special viewing at Spencer House in St. James Place, and a window display at Harrods Department store.

Palazzo Versace Dubai (versace.com) is a 130,000 sq/m luxury designer resort with 169 private residences and 213 hotel suites, all furnished with an exclusive line of Versace Home Collection products. The luxurious development offers a day spa, ballroom, convention facilities and a Versace boutique. Located on the foreshore of Dubai Creek in the City’s Culture Village, and set in landscaped gardens complete with a marina, Palazzo Versace Dubai is Dubai’s most prestigious waterside address.

Harrods has devoted three windows to the Palazzo Versace Dubai lifestyle. For six weeks, the display will feature a layout model of Palazzo Versace furniture and furnishings. One window will open onto the shop, so visitors may step inside and admire the Palazzo Versace Dubai model and select furniture pieces. Harrods will also showcase a select number of Versace Women’s Spring-Summer 08 collection within the display.

Palazzo Versace Dubai follows the hugely successful Palazzo Versace Gold Coast. It is a Joint Venture development by Australian developer Sunland Group and Emirates International Holdings. Peacock Ventures is an alliance between UK developer Balli Real Estate Holdings and the Dubai based Farbro Group.
