Umdasch has recently redesigned its 'ShopShow' in Amstetten (Austria), a platform designed to permanently showcase the state of the art in store branding and shop fitting. With a surface of 150 square meters, the showroom's structure was constructed taking into account the divisional structure of Umdasch: Fashion & Lifestyle, Food & Care, Premium & Travel Retail und Virtual Business (ViBiz).

Technological advances can be mainly found within the ViBiz division, which showcases tools for the digitalization of retail spaces such as indoor navigation, digital pricing and an interactive shopping wall called Vipos. In addition, the introduced indoor tracking leads consumers through retail spaces by using a smartphone app. This way, users can directly head to a certain product.

Another interesting gadget of the showroom is the Care Wall mirror, a visual communication platform for the sales floor where the customer can get additional information about a product by holding it in front of the interactive mirror. This wall was created in collaboration with the company Ana.U and was one of the many highlights at the last Euroshop edition.

The Umdasch ShopShow will be open Mondays to Thursdays between 8am-5pm and Fridays from 8am-12pm. In addition to various events and seminars, the Umdasch Shop Academy has an online activity program with detailed information around the different topics.
