When it comes to fashion, the UK probably counts as one of the most innovative nations in the world. Iconic garments like the trench coat (Mackintosh), duffle coat (Gloverall) and Dr.Martens boot were conceived by this nation and were then propelled into the rest of the world. We’re not only talking about its capital city London, where creativity pops up in every corner; spread across the rest of the country there are traditional manufacturing regions whose legacy still continuous today. Both its men’s and women’s fashion weeks in London are one of the most influencing ones worldwide and the city is a source of inspiration for creators from overseas and beyond. Here’s an eclectic cultural-, beauty- and fashion guide to UK-connected themes for this fall.
