Thomas Kronefeld, S.Oliver Group’s managing director international retail, changes allegiance. The manager (aged 47) leaves the Rottendorf based company to build up his own retail business. He plans to become an s.Oliver franchise partner and additionally wants to sell the labels Comma and Liebeskind Berlin. Kronenfeld will be replaced by Christina Viollaz. She comes from the German Douglas GmbH where she worked as regional manager South West Europe. Beforehand, Viollaz worked for other fashion companies such as

Escada AG and the Spanish Inditex group. She will join S.Oliver as of November 1st 2014. Kronenfeld came to S.Oliver from Gerry Weber Retail GmbH in January 2013. At S.Oliver he was responsible for the company’s retail operations, buying management, online shop and fashion outlets. In addition, he was responsible for the brand’s expansion, POS concepts and the company’s architecture department.
