Tonino Perna, founder and CEO of the It Holding Group, was arrested on January 9 for fraud bankruptcy. The entrepreneur is responsible for causing a debt of over €61 million for the specialised group that produced made in Italy brands such as Malo, Romeo Gigli, D&G, Just Cavalli and Gianfranco Ferré, the last of which was also bought by It Holding. Italian authorities are currently conducting further research.

It Holding/Ittierre was bought by the Albisetti Group at the close of 2010.
