Streetwear leader Triple Five Soul ( will soon be exploring its design archives — with a little help from its fans.

The 15-year-old Brooklyn-based company has announced the creation of the SOUL REVIVAL series, which will feature five re-issued T5S designs submitted by consumers.

Launching next month, the program will ask T5S fans to e-mail pictures or descriptions of their all-time favorite T5S designs to: In October, the company’s management will select five items to reissue. The five winning submissions will be reworked into numbered, limited edition pieces which will be sold exclusively on the company’s website and the Triple Five Soul boutiques in NYC’s SoHo and Williamsburg in early 2006.

The customers whose choices are selected will receive the new version of the item they submitted and a box of T5S apparel.

The company says that the program came about to answer the many requests it gets from fans for discontinued items and that it may eventually expand the program into limited, premium distribution.
