Despite the current economic climate, Pure London’s fashion show from Feb. 8-10 saw a 4.25% rise in visitors. Most came from the UK (8.7%), while international trade visitors joined from Ireland, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium and Turkey, as well as from the United States and Japan. “This was the largest ever Pure London in the 25 seasons the show has been running, with over 900 brands on show,” said Event Director Sarah Lawrence. Showcasing established brands as well as 312 newcomers, this edition also included the biggest offering of accessories and footwear in the UK. The next Pure London show is scheduled to run from Aug. 2-4 at Olympia London.
