“Ms. Panzer will be an important part of our already top-notch wholesale team, who are responsible for our strong wholesale growth over the last few years,” said Michael Silver in a statement. “And under Ms. Panzer’s leadership, our superior team will prosper even further.”

In his newly created position as CEO, Silver will spearhead Silver Jeans’ expansion by focusing on its recently announced retail rollout, product assortment and overall management of the brand.

Winnipeg-based Silver Jeans is a division of Western Glove Works, a business owned by the Silver family since 1921. Michael Silver launched the brand Silver Jeans in 1991. The line, which offers men’s and women’s jeans styles in the $80-$100 retail range plus tops and outerwear, is currently designed by Janice Marks.
