Ricardo Meyer, Ben Sherman Head of Europe, is quitting the company. He leaves the British lifestyle brand on his own accord. Meyer says he is keen to take over new tasks, though has yet to confirm more details. Both parties are said to have parted on amicable terms.

Meyer explains: “When I started with Ben Sherman four years ago my task was to build the brand up. Today we are a strong brand having more than 50 shop-in-shops and two own doors in Germany. The decision leaving the company was not easy for me as I really and still love the brand and the team, but I’m searching for new challenges.”

CEO Miles Gray says: "I bewail that he is leaving the Ben Sherman family. He did a great job over the last four years in terms of the brand’s success and growth in Germany and Europe. Thanks to his leadership we are well prepared for further growth.”

Gray will take over business in Germany and Europe. A key account manager will report to him directly.
