Themed as “Strengthening Emotional Bonds With Customers” the next edition of the World Department Store Forum (WDSF) will take place in Rome from 23th to 24th April, 2015.

The congress offers the possibility to learn from department stores and brands, who share their experiences and interesting stories about their customers, people, products and stores.

The list of high profile speakers and panelists will include Simone Dominici, managing director of Coin & Excelsior Milano (Italy), Ian Moir, CEO of Woolworths Holdings (South Africa), Thierry Cheval, director global retail & digital of L’Oréal Luxe (France), Nick Hayek, CEO of The Swatch Group (Switzerland), Marco Capello, chairman of Liberty (UK),  Vittorio Radice, vice chairman of La Rinascente or Paolo De Cesare, chairman & CEO of Printemps (France).
Their topics will range from digital communication strategies or the creation of shopping/brand emotions to including food or art in retail environments.
The second congress day will conclude with an optional store tour.
