Premiere Vision, holding specialized in organizing trade shows focused on yarns, fabrics, leathers, patterns and accessories, is focused on launching new initiatives that will strengthen their ties with the sourcing industry.

From 4 to 6 September 2015, it will launch The Sourcing Connection Premiere Vision, a new trade show hosting global garment manufacturers. It will take place once a year in Paris, in Porte de Versailles, Hall 6. It is expected to host about 100 exhibitors, all carefully selected and pre-audited according to criteria such as quality of infrastructure and industrial tools, financial reliability and ethics in line with international social and environmental standards.

Aim of the newborn show is to cover all major global supply areas for textiles and apparel, and it will host French manufacturers (focused on high-end, luxury fashion and exclusively made in France quality), European and Euro-Med zone manufacturers as well as, for instance, from Southern Asia, Bangladesh and Cambodia, among others (focused on offering ready-to-wear, leather products, accessories and everyday fashion and apparel collections). Out the total exhibitors of The Sourcing Connection about 20% will be specialized jeanswear manufacturers.

Also sourcing aimed at the jeanswear market will continue playing a significant role for Premiere Vision. In addition to Denim By Premiere Vision, the specialized denim trade show happening in Barcelona twice a year (next edition will take place on 27 and 28 May), also hosting denim garment manufacturers, Premiere Vision, the major textile show taking place in Paris twice a year in September and February, will host the new section Upper Jeanswear, a selection of 20 companies from denim weavers to jeanswear manufacturers. Aim of the initiative is to offer the visitors of their main show – mostly prèt-à-porter and luxury fashion insiders -, connections for designing and producing premium denim products.
