French fashion show Prêt à Porter Paris and trade show WWD Magic in Las Vegas have partnered to launch the ‘Heart of Prêt’, a collaboration that will provide Better-to-Bridge retailers access to the crème de la crème in French apparel brands. Within the next edition of Magic that will take place August 22-24, 2011, Heart of Prêt will feature a unique collection of 20-30 apparel brands selected from Prêt à Porter Paris representing the best in French fashion including labels such as DP Jeans, 2026 Paris, Lauren Vidal, Mado, or Paul Brial.

“This partnership gives buyers the opportunity to see a significantly enhanced assortment of top French brands, many of which have not been seen in the US – without having to travel to Paris,” said Chris DeMoulin, Magic International President and Executive Vice President of Advanstar’s Fashion Group. “Our collaboration with Prêt à Porter Paris is part of our continued commitment to bring together the best assortment of brands from around the globe and connect buyers with everything they need under one roof.”

Following its August debut, Heart of Prêt will next be seen in France at the September edition of Prêt à Porter Paris, taking place Sep. 3-6, 2011.
