At the end of April, the british fashion company Jigsaw opened its new concept store in London: the Duke Street Emporium.

The flagship store, located on Duke Street in North Mayfair, features a multibrand shop-in-shop from The Shop at Bluebird (the Group’s fashion and lifestyle boutique on King’s Road), a full representation of Jigsaw’s women’s, men’s and junior ranges, as well as an in-store cafe operated by Fernandez and Wells and art installations created by up-and-coming artists.

The store occupies the ground and basement floors of a refurbished Queen Anne style building situated 50 yards from Oxford Street. The design embraces the existing brick-lined architecture, offset against a textural monochrome box where the character of the brand is expressed through found furniture and commissioned artwork.

The London based store design consultancy Dalziel and Pow contributed to branding, identity design, packaging, print collateral, 3D and 2D signage, and the environmental graphics.
