Sandqvist opens in-house repair shop, where customers can either take their used, damaged products back to get them fixed or – if they do not like them anymore – leave them there and get a 20% voucher in return.

Sandqvist then revamps the old backpacks and resells them second-hand.

The goal of the repair service is to increase the brand’s sustainability by extending the lifespan of the products.

The first shop of this kind will open in Sandqvist's Stockholm store in Södermalm.
