Coalision, the parent company of sports brands such as Orage and Lolë, has entered into a partnership with Kilmer Capital Partners, Toronto, a leading Canadian investment group.

The association with Kilmer will provide Coalision and its management team with the financial and business resources to successfully execute its expansion global expansion of the brand portfolio. Coalision’s portfolio of brands are currently poised for strong growth and development in the coming years.

Coalision was founded in 1989 with two small niche brands: Orage for freeskiing and Lolë as a women’s activewear brand. Today, the Company’s products are sold throughout North America and in Europe through 2,200 locations. Coalision also has offices in Burlington (Vermont, USA), Annecy (France) and Hong Kong.

Says Eric D’Anjou, President and CEO of Coalision: “Especially with Orage, we have been developing into an international brand. To maintain the success of the recent years, we need to get new capital.”

Orage plans to beef up its lifestyle collection, which was launched last year to transform the label into a year-round brand.

Coalision will continue to be owned by the five owners, including Eric D’Anjou. Decisions concerning management, strategy, distribution and marketing will rest with Coalision.
