Ittierre are trying to survive difficulties once more. The Italian company owned by entrepreneur Antonio Bianchi has asked the Isernia Tribunal to dispose of the composition with creditors procedure with the aim to solve its €88.7 million debts and look for new partners.

According to local press, a commissar has been named by the local authorities who will control the overall difficult situation before the final decision on composition with creditors will be made on 26 November 2013.

In the meantime, 40 of the 700 employees have received an unemployment insurance treatment and more could be added soon.

Ittierre presently produces for international brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Aquascutum Balmain and Galliano.
