Lifestyle label New Era has released a promotional film, made in partnership with Major League Baseball and sports fashion retailer JD and produced by Vice. The two-minute film features two rival teams racing through the streets of London, each one fighting to be the first to reach JD. It was released on the store’s website on August 31 and will be promoted via an in-store QR code activation and New Era’s social media channels, online blogs and fashion websites.

The video acts as a nationwide competition on JD’s Facebook, where consumers have to answer various questions regarding the film. The winner and a guest will be awarded a trip to New York, including spending money and tickets to a Major League Baseball game at Yankee stadium. They will also be given exclusive access to the MLB Fan Cave and $250 to spend on MLB products in the New Era flagship store.

Another set of MLB JD exclusive caps is set to be released by New Era in November.
