With “Save the Date” notes already making their way round to editors’ inboxes, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York, less than a month away, has finally announced its preliminary line-up for the spring/summer 2009 collections.

In anticipation of the 70th anniversary of The Wizard of Oz in 2009, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week will also kick off the week with a gala at Saks Fifth Avenue on the evening of September 4.
