Denim brand Mustang unveils its new program “True Denim for a better world”. After launching its Sustainable Capsule Collection in collaboration with Candiani, Mustang now plans to offer a new range of jeans: the consumers will be able to comprehend how much water and energy the production required and how much waste it generated.

Mustang’s long-time partner and supplier MIC from Tunisia therefore provides the rating system EIM (Environmental Impact Measuring) developed by Jeanologia. By using EIM, the usage of water, energy, chemicals and working time can be measured.

All Jeans produced by MIC in Tunisia will be marked with a hangtag which states the water and energy savings per cent. The collection will be available from January onwards with prices ranging from €89.95 to €99.95.
