German fashion chain Mister Lady has announced it will begin work on building its new company headquarters in Schwabach, Germany. Located in Bavaria, the 24,500 square meter site will be in the “Gewerbepark West” commercial development zone in Schwabach. About a sixth of the space will be for management and administration and about a third of the space set aside for logistics operations. Construction of the head office site, which will use geothermal energy for heating, is scheduled to begin in November 2014. The move to the new headquarters will take place in September 2015.
 
Mister Lady was founded in 1967 in Dusseldorf. It currently operates around 290 stores in Germany and Austria, and has a workforce of over 1,800. The company has 110 employees working at its Nuremberg offices.
