Elleti, specialized Italian laundry and garment dyer based near Verona, has recently merged with Blueline Group, top quality jeans and denim garment manufacturer from Urbania, near Pesaro-Urbino.
The agreement was signed by Luigi Lovato, CEO/owner of Elleti, and Francesco Lenti, CEO/owner of Blueline Group. Aim of the merge is to create a new pole for top quality, Made in Italy jeans manufacturing.
Elleti was founded in 1985. Their yearly productive capacity is about 1.5 million garments. They also own productive facilities in Tunisia, three ready garment facilities in Romania and a joint venture with an Argentinian producer. Elleti registers yearly sales of €60 million. Since 2011 they have been developing new treatments focused on sustainability in order to meet the increasing requests from their eco-sensitive customers and especially from Northern European jeans brands.
Blue Line was founded in 1976 as a stitching company in one of Central Italy’s most important jeans manufacturing districts. The company has grown rapidly over the years and acquired a portfolio of important customers. Its present yearly productive capacity is 3.5 million garments. They register yearly revenues of €80 million.
