Retail chain Mango has opened the doors of its so far biggest European store in Milan last Saturday, May 23. Located in the city’s prestigious shopping street Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the new Mango flagship stretches across a sales space of more than 3,000 sqm on three floors.
It offers all of the company’s lines: Mango, Mango Man, Mango Kids, Mango Sport & Intimates and Violeta by Mango.
 
With 82 stores (eight of which are located in Milan alone), Italy represents Mango’s seventh biggest market in terms of turnover. “With this meaningful new opening, Mango confirms its big interest in the Italian market. We will grow further in Italy with an ambitious and sustainable expansion plan […],” said Matteo Sgarbossa, retail director at Mango.
 
Mango currently runs more than 2,700 shops in 108 countries. The company registered a turnover of €2.17 billion for the fiscal year 2014 (EBITDA: €223 million).
