Enric Casi steps down from his position as Mango's CEO. According to a spokesperson, he abandons his executive position for personal reasons, but remains part of the board of directors.

At the same time, the Spanish fast fashion retailer has named Toni Ruiz new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company from mid-February onwards.
In addition to his new role as CFO, Toni Ruiz will also join the board, formed by executive vice presidents Jonathan Andic and Daniel López, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Carlos Costa, former CEO Enric Casi and the president of Mango Isak Andic.

For the time being, the prior CEO tasks will be carried out by COO Carlos Costa (logistics, IT and human resources) together with Toni Ruiz.

Toni Ruiz (45) studied business economics at the Universitat de Barcelona and holds a master in business administration and management. Most of his professional path has been linked to DIY-company Leroy Merlin (Groupe Adeo), were he has occupied various positions within the finance department from 1999 until now.
