On the occasion of the new alignment of Igedo Company's management, Manfred Kronen is also leaving his shareholder position in the company. Effective January 3, 2005 he will transfer his shares to Messe Dusseldorf. During his nearly 40 years of working with Messe Düsseldorf, Kronen has continued to maintain an cooperative relationship to the management. By the start of next year, Messe Düsseldorf will hold by 77.05% of the shares; the remaining shares are held by Kronen's nephews Philipp and Timm Kronen.

Kronen will continue to be connected to the company and will take over the chairmanship of the Advisory Board of Messe Düsseldorf.

Management of Igedo Company will be taken on jointly by Margit Jandali and Gerald Böse, and Klaus Hensel will continue to serve as authorized officer.

With regards to the fashion department, Gerald Böse will manage cpd_man, cpd_kisz and global fashion while Margit Jandali will be in charge of women‘s fashion, accessories, fashion gallery and white & night. As before, Klaus Hensel will be at the helm of the commercial areas of administration, finances and personnel.
