Jeans brand Mavi has announced that in 2011 it reached a worldwide profit of €200 million, which translates as an increase of 27% in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The 2011 fiscal year ended on January 31 and is Mavi’s second consecutive year with a double-digit increase in earnings. In 2012 Mavi will set its sights on further expansions, particularly in the DACH region. With 270 Mavi stores worldwide, the Turkish denim manufacturer plans to expand that number as well as add more shop-in-shops.
