Munich-based luxury department store Ludwig Beck has opened an additional 600 sqm sales space for menswear in its basement. Since September 4, 2014, customers now find a broad range of international menswear brands on a sales area of 1,500 sqm.

New trend labels have been added in the areas of business fashion, accessories and sportswear as well as lingerie, loungewear and swimwear. Moreover, a new segment for contemporary fashion has been added. Amongst the new brands are names such as Pierre Balman, Calvin Klein Jeans, Barbour, Stutterheim or G-Lab.

The store design was created by architects Schwitzke & Partner and is characterized by light oak woods, natural stone and classic furniture that accentuate the sales space. Elaborately designed ceiling panels, slats partitions, marble lined passages and special wall details catch the eye.

On occasion of the expansion, Drykorn has launched an exclusive capsule collection for Ludwig Beck, which is only available at the Munich store. Furthermore, Boss Orange has also created a limited T-shirt range for the department store.
