The launch of de.corp Esprit Urban Casual drew a big crowd at the headquarters in Ratingen, Germany last week. The new category from sportswear brand Esprit (esprit.com) takes its lead from the main Esprit Women Casual line, but is aimed at a younger female audience -18 to 25-years - and consequently more trend-focused, and more progressive by design.

De.corp will be introduced from March 2008 across Europe and at selected shops in USA and Asia. With 12 lines a year and 50 to 70 styles per line, de.corp Esprit Urban Casual is starting out in the traditionally fast pace or Esprit.

Says Thomas Grote, President of the Esprit Brand: “With de.corp Urban Casual we have created a modern casual variant which completes the Esprit world with young, authentic styles.”
