Brooklyn-based retailer Jimmy Jazz has opened its third and fourth locations for 2009. "Our organization is very excited to be opening a sixth and seventh location in the state of North Carolina,” said Vice President of Stores for Jimmy Jazz, Amjid Shah. Located in Carolina Place Mall in Pineville and Charlotte’s North Lake Mall, the stores will continue to sell urban lifestyle brands such as Timberland, Baby Phat, Rocawear and Ed Hardy. Jimmy Jazz will also partner with local hip-hop radio station Power 98FM for a live in-store broadcast on Jun. 27 from 2-4pm. With locations in New York, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Virginia, the 20-year-old brand has hopes of entering the Florida market by the end of 2009. In addition, Jimmy Jazz also launched an online store earlier this year with urban fashions for men’s, women’s and kids. The retailer has more than 80 stores in the United States.
