For its next edition from October 20-23, 2014, Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics comes up with a newly designed and enlarged denim hall.

Following the increasing demand of China’s middle and upper class for the latest denim products, as Intertextile put it, the ‘Beyond Denim’ area was increased by 25%, now spanning over an entire exhibition hall. It will host 150 exhibitors from six countries, presenting the latest in wash technologies, sustainable production and premium denim. The Beyond Denim space has been revamped by French agency NellyRodi to give it a younger and more modern image.

Moreover, Intertextile Apparel Fabrics will also increase its Verve for Design zone, offering textile pattern designs. A total of 20 design studios from eight countries (Italy, Spain, UK, Australia, China, France, Korea and Taiwan), including names such as Lineastudio Srl from Italy or British Circleline Design have confirmed their participation so far, making the area 56% bigger that last year.

In total, the fall 2014 edition of Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics will host around 3,500 exhibitors from over 30 countries at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Further highlights will be the SalonEurope (premium fabric suppliers from Europe), the Premium Wool Zone, All About Sustainability Zone, Innotex Space (new technologies and products) and the Milano Unica Pavilion.
