Italian denim mill ITV Denim continues to expand in the US market thanks to a newly signed agreement with New York-based Olah Inc.

The mill, founded in 1972 by Romano Gnutti, who is still in the top management of the company, has focused on a re-organization and expansion of its sales network. Since the beginning of March 2015, ITV cooperates with Olah Inc., the New York-based global textile and apparel development and marketing firm with a focus on denim and producer of the Kingpins Show (, to strengthen its presence in the US market and to provide a more attentive service to its own partners.

The cooperation with Olah Inc. will complete the reorganization of the sales network started in 2013, which has allowed the Italian denim specialist to consolidate its main markets that include Italy, Germany, Northern Europe, China and the USA.

“We are proud of this cooperation with Olah Inc.,” commented Paolo Gnutti, ITV Denim’s Vice President. “This new collaboration with Olah will give us the chance to develop a new and exclusive range of products for the American market with a special attention to sustainability.”

“ITV is one of the most creative denim mills on earth and the market is desperately in need of creativity,” commented Andrew Olah, chief executive of Olah Inc. “There is an unlimited potential in the fashion industry for those that bring new ideas to the market. We believe ITV is a fountain of imaginativeness.”

ITV Denim retains 100% of its production in two Italian plants - Pinzano al Tagliamento, in Northern Italy, and Cellino Attanasio, in Southern Italy. With an annual production capacity of 9 millions of meters of denim fabric developed and produced for a mid-high market sector, ITV Denim offers products that can satisfy a wide market sector.

The last two-year-long reorganization phase ITV has faced has not prevented it from maintaining its clear focus on quality and innovation. Their victory of the Global Denim Awards 2014 (, the competition held in Amsterdam within the October 2014 Kingpins Amsterdam edition, is a sign of ITV’s commitment in pursuing quality and research.
