Department store chain Harvey Nichols took well note of market forecasts anticipating a powerful sales growth in the menswear category for the next few years, as the British Fashion Council gathered together earlier this year. Its latest opening in the iconic Knightsbridge location introduces a new wowing men’s fashion area of around 2,600 square-meters encompassing brands from all across the fashion spectrum: from big designer and contemporary brands as well as tailoring up to denim, casualwear, contemporary fashion, shoes and accessories.

Allocated in the first and second lower ground, Harvey Nichols’ temple for today’s man was realized by architects Virgile + Partners and features bespoke interiors where marble, oak, textured glass and corrugated metal come together in astonishing aesthetical ways.

Inside you’ll find an eclectic mix of established denim and casualwear institutions like Dockers, AG Jeans, Levi’s, BLK DNM, Diesel, Replay, Citizens of Humanity and Schott NYC together with streetwear and sportswear juggernauts like Alpha Industries, Eleven Paris, Adidas, Asics, Converse and Vans. Also interesting newcomers from all around the globe like Japanese brand Sasquatchfabrix, London-based label Pieter, New York brand Abasi Rosborough and Tourne de Transmission, among others. For those men seeking for help in the myriad of choices, a team of in-house stylists is available for appointments, which are complimentary and without minimum spend.

The holistic lifestyle approach of the concept will be even clearer by May, when a barbershop and basement bar and restaurant will open their doors as well. Besides, a concept space called Project 109 will host immersive installations, collaborations and events.
