Guess, Inc. has announced that two of its senior officers will soon resign. Chief Operating Officer J. Michael Prince and Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer Dennis Secor will leave before the end of the year to pursue new challenges.

CEO Paul Marciano stated: “We wish Michael and Dennis well in their future endeavors and thank them for their contributions to our company. Given the depth of our management team, we expect a very smooth and orderly transition.”

Until suitable replacements are found, the company will divvy Prince and Secor’s responsibilities among various senior executives. Executive Vice President/Chief Information Officer Michael Reich will take on the bulk of the company’s operational tasks, including logistics, while Treasurer/Vice President of Finance & Accounting Nigel Kershaw will assume the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer.
