What can we expect of the German national Olympic team's dress code in London this summer? Bright colours such as pink, turquoise, red and orange, for one. A catwalk show in Düsseldorf presented the official apparel that sponsoring companies Adidas, Bogner and Sioux made for the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) and the German Paralympics Sports Confederation (DBS) teams.

About 400 Olympic athletes and 170 Paralympics athletes will participate in the 2012 Olympic Games in London (July 27 to August 12) and in the Paralympics (August 29 to September 9). Adidas is presenting more than 50 items including the official suits for the victory ceremony. Munich-based company Bogner will be responsible for the ceremony equipment. The shoe company Sioux, which has already outfitted the Olympic games 22 times, will present sporty shoes with laces and classic shoes and sneakers in bright colours.
