From March 15 to 22 seven German newcomer designers will show highlights of their collections during an exhibition at Tokyo’s Spiral Garden. The event titled “Berlin Style” features the labels 30 paarhaende, C. neeon, Lala Berlin, Macqua, Presque Fini, Sisi Wasabi and von Wedel & Tiedeken.

It will take place due to an invitation by the German cultural office Goethe-Institut and is organized in cooperation with the Berlin trade show company Premium Exhibitions and the design network Create Berlin.

The purpose of the event is to further push Berlin’s image as a creative fashion capital in the world.

In February the seven designers had the opportunity to present their collections on the catwalk during Milan’s fashion week, Milano Moda Donna. That event also was initiated by Create Berlin and Premium together with the Italian Fashion Chamber.
