Within its permanent design platform for young talents called Labo Mode, department store Galeries Lafayette Berlin hosts the collections of three Ukrainian upcoming designers from Sept. 2 to Oct. 31, 2010. Amongst them are Larisa Lobanova, whose collections epitomize femininity and show extraordinary prints, Alyona Serebrova who combines elements of sculptures and architecture from ancient cultures in her work, and Olena Dats, who made herself a name especially due to her special handcraft and embroidery.

Since five years, Galeries Lafayette in cooperation with design school Esmod Berlin choose upcoming new designers and give them a chance to present their collections right next to well-established brands. For Labo Mode Ukraine Galeries Lafayette Berlin also cooperates with Prêt à Porter Paris where the three designers will also exhibit their collections from Sept. 4-7, 2010.
