Fornari, the Italian company behind the Fornarina footwear, jeanswear and apparel brand, is close before signing a deal with an investor. The company hasn’t revealed the name of the partner yet, although it already received offers from both industrial and financial partners.

Fornari had already started a restructuring agreement in 2013. Thanks to the participation of an investor the company aims at starting a strong relaunch phase for the brand and increase its presence in overseas markets (read more here) and through online business.

The company, founded in 1947, closed 2014 registering about €45 million sales.
