The CPM, Collection Première Moscow, took place at the Expocentre in Moscow from 3-6 September, 2014. The fair hosted about 1,400 exhibitors from 33 different countries on an area of 52,200 sqm and registered 18,500 visitors. Trade visitors came from 38 different countries, including the Ukraine.

Because of the tense political situation the expectations were set low and in the end the fair reported a decrease in attendance of four percent. Christian Kasch, CPM project director states: “We are content with the process of the fair (…) It was important to us to create a basis for exhibitors as well as visitors, to strengthen their business relations and to be able to continue to socialize.”

The Russian market is changing. This year 25 new Russian exhibitors presented their collections at CPM for the first time. “We intentionally chose the CPM as a platform for our first presentation in Russia. The numerous client contacts with retailers and significant boutique-buyers were very instructive for us (…) the CPM gave us an in-depth analysis of the market with respect to our collection,” states Anita Bresser, press spokeswoman of Mila Bloom.

A variety of workshops and several fashion shows throughout the fair marked the highlights of the CPM.

The next CPM, Collection Première Moscow, will take place on the fair grounds of the Expocentre in Moscow from 24-27 February, 2015.
