Boasting a more modern setting, CPD will be held at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre from Jul. 26-28. The fair will present about 900 exhibitors and collections featuring womenswear and accessories for spring/summer 2010 plus moda-pronta lines and NOS items.

CPD is a kick-off event for brand repositioning. New exhibition segments such as the areas “impulse”, “Italian suite” or “decorate” will lay on a more up-market and extended line-up of fashion ranges.

“CPD will be staged with a markedly more modern orientation in terms of looks and content; new areas stand for new thinking,” said Mirjam Dietz, Executive Director Fashion.

Impulse is the new platform for selected prime brands. Separate visitor registration and joint invitation management, VIP treatment and stand construction are among the special services offered by Impulse, which is created in collaboration with munichfashion.

Italian suite is organized in collaboration with Ente Mode Italia (EMI) and supports high-quality Italian fashion, while Gallery is an international cocktail of collections from renowned avant-garde designers. Established designers, young designers as well as up-and-coming fashion brands will exhibit their unique styles here.

Staged at “Concept 11” as well will be up-market lifestyle-driven collections with a rich mix of looks and labels for young, self-confident women.

“World of accessories” offers a good range from fashion jewelry to high-quality bags, shawls and other top items, while Boutique is the venue for individual collections and “Modern essentials” a destination for mainstream fashion, including Supersize and Maternity segments.
