US accessories brand Fossil has launched a line of apparel for women and men in Europe. Until now, the collection was only available in North America. The collection will be initially available in Fossil stores in London and in Stuttgart, Germany, and on its website. Subsequently, Fossil, which also plans to launch its own premium denim line, will redesign its stores in London and Stuttgart to stress the American heritage of the brand. Vintage furniture and an old store house atmosphere will be key. The first summer collection for the brand includes typical vintage designs, with inspiration from the safari, native Americans and explorers. Fossil products including watches, jewelry, bags, belts, eyewear, footwear and apparel are sold in more than 100 countries. The company has 23 plants, a network of 56 independent wholesale distributors and 300 stores.
