The fifth Fashion Fringe showcase will take place this Thursday at 1 pm in Covent Garden during the London collections this week. The four finalists—go by a secret path, LF Markey, Sarah Easom and William Tempest—were selected by a high-profile panel of judges in mid May, including chair Donatella Versace, designer Roland Mouret and Net-a-Porter’s Natalie Massenet.

The winner will be presented with an award and prize-package worth in excess of £100,000 as well as continuous support by Fashion Fringe at Covent Garden mentors and partners.

Those industry insiders include Elizabeth Saltzman, lifestyle & fashion editor at Vanity Fair, Gail Sackloff, former buyer of Saks, Nichola Blandford in marketing and retail at DHL and Lauren Deatherage, a product trend analyst from Cotton Inc.

The brainchild of fashion critic Colin McDowell and IMG, Fashion Fringe was established in 2004 and has since acted as a launchpad for critically acclaimed designers such as Aminaka Wilmont, Gavin Douglas, Erdem, Basso & Brooke and Sinha-Stanic.
