Following the leave of former Germany boss Matthias Nentwich and the takeover of national businesses by founder and CEO Jacques-Antoine Granjon, French online shopping community Vente Privée strengthens its’ position on the German market by opening a new sales location in Berlin. Already being present in Germany for the past 7 years via their Düsseldorf office, the company has now decided to further extend their national presence and to facilitate their businesses in both of the countries’ most important fair cities.
Having their office located at Hausvogteiplatz in central Berlin, the German-speaking buying team will guide the sectors Fashion, Entertainment and New Business for the German market in cooperation with the already established Düsseldorf team and maintain business relationships to local brands and suppliers.
Besides the opening in Berlin, the company has already opened a new office building near their head quarter in Saint-Denis, France, where CEO Granjon will stay resident despite his new German businesses. In addition, they are currently taking over other companies in Italy, Spain and Switzerland to broaden their portfolio.
