US monobrand retailer Abercrombie & Fitch has reshuffled its executive management. The Ohio-based company announced that it was adding three new members to its Board of Directors and stripping CEO and Chairman of the Board Michael S. Jeffries of his latter title. Jeffries will remain in his role as CEO and a member of the board.

The new Non-Executive Chairman role will be assumed by Arthur C. Martinez, who along with Terry Burman and Charles R. Perrin was appointed to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. The three new appointments increase the board’s size to a dozen. Abercrombie’s stock price has fallen more than 25% in the last year. The youth-based retailer operates 890 stores in the US and 166 abroad.
