Golden Goose has announced Ergon Capital Partners III as majority shareholder replacing a group of financial investors comprising DGPA and Riello Investments alongside its founders Alessandro Gallo and Francesca Rinaldo.

The company will continue to be managed by Roberta Benaglia as CEO in cooperation with the two founders who will remain co-heads of the creative department.

Thanks to the new operation the brand will be able to further increase its revenues and presence internationally.
