Investor Shaftesbury PLC has announced that the clothing and footwear brand Element will open its first standalone store in the UK at shopping destination Seven Dials (13 Shorts Gardens, near Covent Garden) in December 2014.

On 2,816 sq ft and over three floors, the flagship store will feature the full range of clothing, accessories, skateboards and footwear for men, women and kids. The Element store will be surrounded by an array of international brands such as Nike, Franklin & Marshall, Carhartt and Le Coq Sportif.

“We are stocked to have the opportunity to showcase what the Element brand stands for to the British market. Seven Dials stood out for us due to its global village feel, full of international brands and specialty retailers that resonate with our customers,” Julien Duval, Element Brand Manager, adds.

Seven Dials presents about 150 shops, including international flagships and concept stores,beauty salons as well as over 50 cafes, restaurants and bars. The Seven Dials complex includes two luxury hotels, five theatres, two private members clubs, apartments and offices, as well as the UK headquarters of Facebook. The area comprises of Monmouth Street, Earlham Street, Neal Street, Shorts Gardens, Neal’s Yard, Endell Street, Shelton Street, Mercer Street and the Seven Dials monument.
