For s/s 2015, Edwin Europe and Superga have launched a new version of the iconic "Classic Superga 2750 Heritage style" canvas shoe, known to be the first shoe with vulcanized rubber sole.

Crafted from fully breathable cotton, the simple canvas silhouette has been stripped back, in-keeping with the ancient Japanese 'Shibui' aesthetics, making the shoe appear simple and, at the same time, complex due to its subtle details.

The usual Superga stitching has been replaced with Edwin’s arcuate backpocket stitching element, the monochromatic eyelets and logo tab.

The chambray lined shoe features a blue vulcanized rubber sole with branded insoles and Edwin heel tab.

The project is completed with the addition of a cotton drawstring dust bag, all neatly packaged inside a custom designed shoe box.

The new sneaker model will be available at Edwin Europe stores in London and Paris, selected European retailers and online from 14th April 2015.
